To ensure our language, behaviour, and policies promote respect and belonging for every member and family.

To offer clear, practical guidance on personal safety and self‑protection, helping students make sensible, calm decisions to stay safe wherever possible.

To keep our training environment physically and emotionally safe, with safeguarding, supervision, and risk‑management at the heart of how we run classes.

To maintain a culture of care, discipline, and respect so that everyone can train hard, learn well, and enjoy the benefits martial arts bring into everyday life.

To set clear expectations of conduct for instructors, students, and spectators, and to address concerns quickly, fairly, and consistently.

To keep our technical standards, coaching practice, and class experience under regular review so we continue to offer high‑quality training for all age groups.

To listen to feedback from members, parents, and the wider community, using it to refine how we run the club and to uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism.
