Before their first class

Everything you need to know to get started.

No experience needed

Karate Kids is designed for complete beginners. Your child does not need to know any karate before they arrive.

Comfortable clothing is fine

For a first class, comfortable clothing they can move easily in is all they need.

Safe and playful

Activities are short, supervised, and age-appropriate, using simple movement, games, pads, and clear boundaries.

Shy or energetic is normal

Children arrive with different personalities and energy levels. We help them settle in, participate, and feel successful.
